Well done for taking steps to improve your child’s well being and to ensure a good night’s sleep. This bedtime story can be for children of all ages (even adults!), but perhaps most aimed at 3-10 year olds who can’t get to sleep.
It is a heartwarming tale of Sam the rabbit, on an evening when he is finding it difficult to get to sleep. Combining hypnotherapy techniques, positive suggestions with old fashioned story telling, this bedtime story is fantastic at calming youngsters after busy days, creating a safe place for any children with night worries, and sending your sleep-resistant little one straight off to sleep. This story is ideally listened to at bedtime, utilising the relaxed state of the child to suggest beneficial messages, and giving them relaxation tools that they can use in future. Repetition is the key to success, so please listen regularly, especially at first, to reinforce the suggestions contained within. Not for use while the parents/carers are driving!
